The Challenge

GrayMatters Philippines needed a comprehensive digital ecosystem for their psychological consultancy services spanning three branches: Alabang, Makati, and Online. They required a seamless system where clients could book sessions, pay securely, and submit required documents—while consultants and administrators could manage everything from a single platform. The complexity: each branch needed its own consultant availability filters, and online sessions required automatic Google Meet link generation.

What We Built

We engineered three interconnected portals. The Client Portal allows users to create personalized accounts, book consultants filtered by their chosen branch, pay via PayMongo, upload required documents, and fill in pre-session forms. For online bookings, Google Meet links are automatically generated and shared. The Admin Portal gives GrayMatters full oversight—revenue tracking, booking management, top consultant analytics, client data, and integrations with QuickBooks and PayMongo. The Consultant Portal lets each therapist manage their client files, upcoming bookings, and daily schedule at a glance.

The Challenge

The Royal Government of Cambodia needed a centralized digital platform to organize and visualize its National Skills Framework—connecting vocational training institutions and government ministries through a unified, accessible system. The goal was clarity: translating a complex national competency structure into a navigable, data-driven dashboard.

What We Built

We designed and developed a comprehensive Skills Framework Dashboard that gives administrators and ministry officials a clear, structured view of Cambodia's national competency landscape. The platform features intuitive data visualization, curriculum mapping tools, and an admin panel for managing and updating framework content—providing a single source of truth for vocational education governance across the country.

The Challenge

EDA-IBEHT, a research institution under De La Salle University – Manila, needed a professional digital home that could represent the breadth of their work in health engineering research. They required a platform that clearly presented their research focus, the people driving the institution, funding sources, grants received, and academic awards—all in a format accessible to academic peers, industry partners, and the general public.

What We Built

A clean, authoritative institutional portfolio website that showcases EDA-IBEHT's research initiatives, the team behind the institution, and a comprehensive record of their grants, funding partners, and awards. The site is designed to communicate academic credibility while remaining visually compelling—built to serve as both a professional portfolio and a public-facing record of the institution's contributions to health engineering.

Web Consultant & Developer

The Challenge

Performance Studies International (PSi) is a global professional association founded in 1997, bringing together artists, thinkers, activists, and academics in the field of performance research. For PSi Constellate 2025 — a large-scale series of interconnected events — we were tasked with building and maintaining more than 10 individual event pages within their existing WordPress website. Each event organiser submitted different materials, assets, and branding, making it a complex undertaking to keep every page visually cohesive while honouring the distinct identity of each event.

What We Did

Working within PSi's established Divi Builder theme on Bluehost, we built and maintained each event page — adapting layouts and content to each organiser's materials while preserving the overarching PSi visual identity. We configured WordPress Forms for attendee registration on each event page, and integrated Divi countdown clocks to drive urgency leading up to each event. Throughout the project, we served as ongoing consultants, implementing changes as requested by the client — from new event announcements to updates on upcoming programmes — ensuring the site remained current as PSi Constellate 2025 continued to evolve.

The Challenge

GrayMatters Philippines wanted to extend their reach beyond one-on-one consultancy by offering structured online courses to their community. They needed a full-featured Learning Management System where users could register, browse courses, enroll, participate in learning content, and pay—all within a branded, accessible platform that reflected the warmth and professionalism of the GrayMatters brand.

What We Built

We built GrayMatters Academy on WordPress, leveraging MemberPress for membership and access control, MP Courses for structured course delivery, and PayMongo for seamless Philippine payment processing. The platform enables learners to create accounts, enroll in psychology and wellness courses, track their progress, and access content through an intuitive interface. GrayMatters can independently create, manage, and publish courses—giving them a scalable educational arm that complements their consultancy services.
